Job Description

**Provides Direct Patient Care**: Assesses, diagnoses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care within established guidelines and standards of nursing care.

  • Promotes patient-centered care in a healing environment
  • Educates patients and their families on illness or injury management, post-treatment home care needs, and medication administration
  • Involves activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance

**Develops and Documents Plans of Care**: Collaborates with interprofessional teams to create individualized plans of care with defined goals, aligning with established guidelines and standards of nursing care.
