Clinical Quality Improvement Specialist

Are you passionate about improving patient safety and injury management across the continuum of care? We are seeking a Clinical Quality Improvement Specialist to join our team at HD Nursing. As a key member of our client success team, you will be responsible for supporting the continuous quality improvement cycle using our Prevention Programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee post-go live phase of our Prevention Program implementations
- Communicate milestones, growth, gaps, and next steps to clients
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information for implementations.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of client interactions.
- Follow standard processes and policies for implementation.
- Communicate changes or variances to expected progress as appropriate.
- Drive quality metrics for clients using established program tools.
Skillset:
- Demonstrates a warm, professional presence leading meetings and connecting with others in a virtual setting.
- Minimum clinical background: RN with 5 years direct care in medical/surgical area OR 10+ years of licensed clinical work in the inpatient setting (MCHES, PT/OT, etc.)
- Unencumbered clinical license in a US State if applicable
- Familiar with electronic health record documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook Email
- Basic knowledge of Adobe PDF and Excel
Salary Range:$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
