Position Overview

INTERNET SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Lead Management

· Engage with internet inquiries and schedule appointments.

· Provide email responses to all internet inquiries utilizing approved templates (Address all customer inquiries).

Customer Engagement

· Utilize available tools to identify potential sales opportunities.

· Interact with service customers to convert them into sales leads.

· Reach out to all customers in the Velocity Portal to arrange appointments.

Daily Responsibilities

· Conduct follow-up calls for internet leads.

· Perform follow-up calls for phone inquiries.

Qualifications:

· Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.

· A valid Texas Driver License is required.

· Ability to successfully complete a background check is necessary.

· Must pass a hair follicle drug screening.
