Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate student records and grades are maintained and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Assist with strategic planning and assessment of instructional initiatives to ensure program quality.
  • Develop and implement effective orientation programs for new faculty members.
  • Cultivate adult learners through innovative teaching methods.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve instruction to meet evolving student needs.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and safety regulations.
  • Contribute to committee activities that support nursing program objectives.
  • Attend faculty meetings and engage in collaborative decision-making.
  • Promote clinical learning outcomes by supervising student experiences in healthcare facilities.
  • Evaluate student performance against established policies and procedures.
  • Provide constructive feedback to enhance clinical skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of clinical attendance and skills check-off forms.
  • Coordinate clinical assignments to meet student and facility requirements.
  • Develop effective strategies for observing, instructing, and evaluating students.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher

3 years of bedside experience as an RN in a relevant field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Capacity to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Commitment to ongoing professional development

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
