Job Description

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for creating and managing personalized care plans for patients, coordinating with other healthcare professionals, and providing direct patient care. You will also maintain accurate records of patient care and report any changes or concerns to supervisors.

Key Qualifications
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
  • Previous experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in home health care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license and first aid/CPR certification

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
