About the Role

Pleasureland, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused RV Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a personalized and informative RV buying experience for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers based on trust, integrity, and industry-leading product knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge through in-house and factory training programs, ensuring you are equipped to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Passion for sales and customer service, with a strong desire to succeed in an incentive-based career.
  • Previous retail sales or service industry experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with strong communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and honest approach towards customers.
  • Basic computer and internet skills.
  • Valid Driver's License.
