Account Manager Job Description

At First MainStreet Insurance, L.C., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients, providing exceptional service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with assigned clients, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to proactively address concerns, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for account growth.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring all deadlines are met and data is accurate.
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and take proactive measures to ensure high levels of account retention.
  • Market new business and/or renewal business, collaborating with internal teams to drive growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in account management, customer relationship management, or sales.
  • Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office and other applications to maximize efficiency.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret insurance-related data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
