Experience Required:
Minimum of 2 years in handling in-vitro diagnostic equipment and performing related clinical evaluations, particularly in clinical chemistry, immunoassay, and hematology. A background of two or more years in a clinical laboratory setting with experience in analyzing test results is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a regulated environment is essential.
  • Ability to understand complex technical data, make independent decisions in a dynamic environment, and utilize problem-solving skills to address product-related challenges.
  • Strong communication skills are necessary to convey information clearly and accurately, both independently and collaboratively, along with proficiency in various databases and software applications.
Educational Background:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a scientific or medically-related field (such as Biology, Nursing, or similar disciplines) is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The selected candidate will provide direct assistance to both internal and external stakeholders regarding the company's product offerings.
  • They will address basic to intermediate customer inquiries through various communication channels, assess complaints, identify likely causes, eliminate alternatives systematically, offer troubleshooting solutions, educate customers as needed, and ensure follow-up.
  • Additionally, they will be tasked with implementing and sustaining the effectiveness of the Quality System, documenting complaints per Quality standards, and recognizing and communicating trends in product issues and their implications for customers.
Main Duty: Review service ticket documentation to determine potential reportable events.
Potential reportable events are scenarios where a device may affect the health or safety of the user or the patient being tested. Examples include incidents of fire, user injuries related to the device, or incorrect test results that could impact patient health.

The Reviewer will utilize ticket documentation procedures to ascertain if the ticket:
1. Fits the criteria for a potential reportable event, or
2. Lacks sufficient detail for a conclusive judgment.
