Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at BRC. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our program, ensuring that all activities are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and supervise all program activities and staff on shift.
- Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed by staff, including security and fire safety protocols.
- Provide emergency first aid and CPR assistance when needed.
- Participate in weekly program meetings and contribute to the development of program goals and objectives.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowledge of addictions and recovery process.
- Computer literacy required.
- First Aid and Fire Safety certification or ability to pass tests to acquire these credentials required.
- CPR training certification or willingness to take training class in CPR.
