We are seeking a skilled Cost Analyst with significant expertise in Department of Defense (DoD) Program Management. At Solutions Through Innovative Technologies Inc, we are committed to delivering exceptional business and information management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert cost estimation guidance and technical support to various functional teams.
  • Modify and enhance cost models in response to evolving technical specifications and support needs.
  • Create comprehensive life cycle cost assessments and evaluate mission requirements.
  • Assist in formulating Independent Government Cost Estimates and offer specialized Army Cost Experience insights.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Cost Estimation.
  • Proven experience in DoD Program Management is essential (experience with the US Army is preferred).
  • Background in supporting the creation of key deliverables for Army Program Offices.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Headquarters Staff or similar DoD Program/Project Offices.
  • Familiarity with PEO Aviation Products.
  • Understanding of the DoD Acquisition process and relevant procurement regulations.
  • Ability to collect and analyze data for risk identification and management.
  • Proficient in using the Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tool (ACEIT).
  • Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS).
