CSL Behring is seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Manager to join our North America team. As a key member of our tax leadership team, you will be responsible for managing income tax matters and implementing tax strategy for the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage US federal, state, and local tax compliance for all CSL companies doing business in the US, including preparation of consolidated returns.
- Responsible for all U.S. international tax compliance and provision requirements, including computations of earnings and profits, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, FTC's, Forms 5471, 5472, 1118, 1042, and others.
- Manage US income tax audits with tax authorities and interfaces with auditors to provide appropriate documentation and support in discussions, case(s), and dispute resolution.
- Lead and develop members of the US tax team to increase skill set, create strong succession planning, and to ensure career growth and continuous learning.
- Perform research on tax issues, tax law updates, and tax planning initiatives, and develop tax strategies related to tax compliance and identify and mitigate all risks in these areas.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related major is required. CPA or a Graduate degree in Taxation is recommended.
- 7+ years of corporate tax or large accounting firm experience is required.
- Proficiency in using OneSource corporate tax software, Alteryx, and Power BI preferred.
- Specialized knowledge in US federal tax rules required.
- Record of strong interpersonal, analytical skills, and people management.
