RN Telemetry Float Pool – Night Shift, Full Time

As a Telemetry Nurse at Providence, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care to patients with various medical conditions.
Responsibilities- Monitor patients' vital signs and medical conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Document patient information and progress in a timely and accurate manner
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association upon hire
- One (1) year Nursing experience
