RN Telemetry Float Pool Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Telemetry Float Pool team at Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the telemetry unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in patient care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication, respect, and teamwork among colleagues.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- One (1) year Nursing experience.
