About the Role
As a Telemetry Nurse at Providence Mission Hospital, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. With a focus on whole-person care, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care to patients with various medical conditions, including cardiac and respiratory issues.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- One (1) year Nursing experience.
