About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Onsite Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Concordance Healthcare Solutions. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the St. Louis, MO area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide face-to-face customer service support to clients, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate day-to-day customer needs, including problem resolution and open communication.
  • Process and verify the accuracy of orders, utilizing resolution reports and maintaining order/customer information files.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, order status, damaged product, and other topics.
  • Initiate required actions for response to customer service requests, including communicating changes to the appropriate personnel/departments.
  • Track backorders and keep necessary parties updated on current status of orders.
  • Resolve product or service problems, utilizing product knowledge to assist customers with questions and ensure they receive the items that best suit their needs.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and other company personnel and departments to resolve order-related issues.
  • Assist with maintaining financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of standards, policies, and procedures regarding customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous customer service and/or distribution experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Excel and Word, and ability to learn VAI internal computer system.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, and possess analytical skills.
