Job Description

Datamark, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. This pivotal role is centered on nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving business growth for the company. As a Relationship Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing ongoing support and strategic guidance.

Your responsibilities will include conducting regular check-ins with clients, identifying opportunities for upselling products and services, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. You will also analyze client feedback and market trends to provide actionable insights that enhance client satisfaction and retention.

The salary for this role is budgeted at $70,000 annually.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
  • Analyze client feedback and market trends to inform strategy and drive improvements.
  • Prepare and present reports on client performance and growth opportunities.
  • Participate in contract renewals and negotiations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of B2B experience: directly interacting with customers or an equivalent combination of sales and operations experience.
  • Contact Center operations knowledge
  • Proven experience in account management or relationship management, ideally in a BPO or service-oriented industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events. (Up to 20%)
