PRN Speech Pathology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist-PRN to join our team at Methodist Hospitals. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in evaluating and treating patients with cognitive, language disorders, swallowing problems, and oral motor disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients of all ages.
- Provide accurate and timely documentation of assessments and interventions.
- Educate patients and their families on relevant information to support their care and recovery.
- Evaluate patients' cognitive, communication, and swallowing skills to inform treatment decisions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Masters in Speech Pathology is required for this position.
- Prior experience working with patients of diverse age groups is essential.
- You must be able to maintain a safe working environment, adhering to hospital policies and National Patient Safety Goals.
- Able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues in a courteous and empathetic manner.
$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
