Position Overview:
  • Compensation starting at $65.00/HR, commensurate with experience.
  • Temp to perm on-site role.
  • Accountable for directing and supervising diverse teams, including responsibilities for talent acquisition, leadership training, career development, and oversight of multiple departments. Cultivate teams to address daily operational challenges and achieve both short- and long-term performance objectives while promoting a culture of urgency, integrity, and trust.
  • Implement and uphold company policies and standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with safety, food safety, and environmental regulations. Utilize data effectively to navigate various scenarios while demonstrating high emotional intelligence in assessing impacts on personnel.
  • Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal stakeholders to fulfill customer requirements and deliver exceptional service. Flexibly transition between tactical and strategic initiatives as needed. Manage challenging situations adeptly and determine optimal solutions that consider the effects on personnel, customers, and costs. Leverage change management expertise to communicate effectively with frontline associates regarding changes.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED; a Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of management experience in a Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Warehouse environment is required.
  • Experience within a large-scale Food & Beverage sector is essential.
