We are seeking a highly experienced Environmental Compliance Specialist to join our team at LSA Associates INC.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience addressing regulatory compliance for Section 404 of the Clean Water Act, State of California under the Porter-Cologne Act, and State and Federal endangered species acts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting meetings with clients and regulatory agencies
  • Coordinating reviews with technical staff
  • Scoping projects for the appropriate level of services needed
  • Budget control
  • Maintaining schedules
  • Managing subconsultants
  • Conducting quality control

The position will also include business development, marketing, and proposal preparation skills. A bachelor's degree or higher in natural or physical sciences is required. Strong emphasis will be placed on previous technical experience, quality of work, and the ability to manage project budgets and schedules.

A salary range for this position is estimated between $71,000 to $154,000 per year, commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience.
