Qualifications
  • Enrollment in a nursing assistant training program or possession of a valid certified nursing assistant license.
  • At least 6 months of experience as a certified nursing assistant or relevant clinical experience during nursing assistant training.

Core Responsibilities
  • Execute all assigned tasks in accordance with the facility's established protocols, nursing care standards, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct resident rounds at the start of each shift and every two hours thereafter to ensure high-quality nursing care.
  • Confirm the identity of residents prior to administering care or serving meals to guarantee accurate service.
  • Promptly report any missing identification bands to the admissions coordinator.
  • Maintain cleanliness by making beds and tidying bedside and overbed tables.
  • Ensure that water pitchers are sanitized, filled with fresh water, and accessible to residents.
  • Perform additional related duties as directed by the Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nurses, or Administrator.
