Job Schedule:

Full-time and Occasional We are in search of dedicated Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) who are passionate about providing exceptional care to our residents.

As a CNA, your role will be vital in monitoring health indicators, building meaningful relationships with residents, and advocating for their overall health and happiness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver top-notch resident care by adhering to established care plans.
  • Engage with residents through storytelling while offering comfort, assistance with mobility, monitoring health metrics, and supporting daily living activities.
  • Enhance community spirit by providing emotional and social support to residents.
  • Assist residents with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing and using bedpans.
  • Safely assist in lifting and repositioning residents as required.
  • Provide additional patient care as necessary.
  • Maintain vigilance in observing changes in resident behavior and promptly communicate with shift leaders.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Current Texas Nurse Aide Certification.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Preferred minimum of one year of relevant experience or equivalent formal education or training.
  • Familiarity with basic healthcare practices and procedures, including infection control.
  • A friendly demeanor and a compassionate approach to care.
