MDMS Recruiting LLC is looking for a proficient Anaplan Solutions Architect/Lead Developer. In this role, you will take charge of designing, developing, and deploying Anaplan solutions that facilitate incentive compensation management, performance analytics, planning, and budgeting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.
- Architect and construct Anaplan applications, focusing on data models and dashboards.
- Oversee the Anaplan architecture to ensure that new models and enhancements are integrated and optimized.
- Maintain and enhance existing Anaplan models, capturing requirements for new functionalities to improve automation, data integration, and user experience.
- Conduct testing and debugging of Anaplan applications to identify and rectify issues, ensuring peak performance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Anaplan applications, collaborating closely with end-users to meet their needs.
- Stay informed about Anaplan features and enhancements, proactively seeking opportunities to leverage them for improved management and reporting processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and data specialists, to ensure seamless integration of Anaplan with other systems.
- Document technical specifications, system configurations, and development processes to facilitate knowledge transfer and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience with Anaplan, including at least 3 implementations focused on incentive compensation and revenue models.
- Extensive expertise in Anaplan solution architecture and model building.
- Strong background in core financial processes and enterprise performance management, including incentive compensation management and planning.
- Ability to create comprehensive, integrated solutions.
- Proficient in stakeholder management, with the capability to challenge existing processes and automate inefficient manual tasks.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, effectively working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Resourceful and independent, thriving in a team environment while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
- Passionate about enhancing user experience.
- Anaplan certification is advantageous.
