As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement proactive preventative maintenance programs to ensure compliance with brand standards.
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Manage and maintain a current inventory of all supplies and equipment.
  • Prioritize and complete work orders in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Monitor and address any deficiencies or issues related to swimming pool and spa maintenance, hotel grounds, and building exteriors.
  • Assist other departments in fulfilling guest requests and resolving guest concerns.
  • Coordinate and supervise all contracted capital projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Develop and implement emergency procedures and safety precautions, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Recruit, train, and develop direct reports, ensuring a high-performing team.
  • Participate in regular property walk-throughs, identifying and addressing any issues or deficiencies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years in Maintenance management position, preferably within hotels.
  • Preferred but not necessary: Two (2) years of college or trade school equivalent in a mechanical, electrical, and/or technical disciplines.
