The College of Business at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is seeking an experienced and proactive Administrative Business Partner to support the Dean's office with a blend of budget management, academic support, and administrative assistance. This role provides business, administrative, and academic support to the Dean's office, scheduling meetings for the College Leadership Team, collecting monthly data, and providing budget management.
Responsibilities- Provide business, administrative, and academic support to the Dean's office.
- Schedule meetings for the College Leadership Team.
- Collect and analyze monthly data.
- Manage and report on the College budget.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of previous business experience.
- 1-2 years of budgeting experience.
- Dynamic team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Generous time off: 9+ paid holidays, including the day after Thanksgiving and the week between Christmas Eve and New Year's Day.
- Tuition coverage: 100% tuition coverage for yourself for one undergraduate and one graduate degree, and discounted rates for your spouse and dependent children up to age 26.
- Retirement contributions: ERAU contributes 6% of your base salary to your retirement plan and offers a 4% matching contribution - with no vesting period.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
