Qualifications

PROPERTY & CASUALTY LICENSE IS MANDATORY

Prior experience in insurance is preferred

Exhibit a genuine eagerness to learn, be resourceful, and receptive to coaching.

Demonstrate a proactive approach with a sense of urgency.

Ability to cultivate relationships from scratch.

Capability to manage multiple tasks, ensuring follow-through and follow-up.

Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
