Customer Experience Supervisor

At TJ Maxx, we're committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a Customer Experience Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of Associates to provide prompt, courteous customer service
  • Training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles and customer service techniques
  • Assigning registers and supporting POS coverage needs
  • Addressing customer concerns and issues promptly
  • Ensuring Associates execute tasks and activities according to store plan

You'll be a strong communicator, able to effectively interact with customers and Associates alike. Your ability to multitask and prioritize tasks will be essential in this fast-paced environment. Requirements:

  • 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
