This role offers a unique opportunity to develop new business leads, build relationships with decision-makers, and contribute to the company's goal of becoming the leading first aid, fire, and life safety service provider in North America.

About the Role

This Sales and Marketing Representative position is responsible for increasing new business sales within a protected sales territory. Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and following up on leads from various lead generation tools.
  • Utilizing CRM technology to document activity and track results.
  • Assisting in marketing programs/initiatives to build brand awareness.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in outside sales, blue-collar, and/or industrial sales environments.
  • Adequate skills with Microsoft products like Outlook/Email, Teams, Excel.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, monthly commission, quarterly bonuses, and annual President's Club Trip. Additional benefits include a monthly car/cell phone stipend, excellent medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k) program with employer match and immediate vesting, paid time-off, and paid holidays.
