Job Overview

At (336600A) Medical Services of America Home Health, we are seeking an experienced Full-Time Medical Sales & Marketing Representative to join our dynamic team in Columbia, SC. As a key member of our home health team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with referral sources.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional with 3-5 years of home health and/or hospice sales and marketing experience. You will be responsible for:

  • Performing market analysis and developing business development plans to drive census growth.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living centers.
  • Collaborating with our clinical team to identify market strategies and implement initiatives that drive business growth.
  • Maintaining knowledge of Medicare and state-specific home health care regulations.
  • Promoting MSA's comprehensive services across the home health continuum.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of home health and/or hospice sales and marketing experience.
  • A strong referral base following and ability to develop new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • A general knowledge base of physician, hospital, skilled nursing, assisted living, and discharge planning needs.
  • The ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and consistently meet established quotas.
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record and company required auto liability insurance.
