About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Superintendent to lead our modular healthcare construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the sitework and facility construction to create hospitals, medical clinics, and other healthcare facilities.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the delivery of the project from sitework through Certificate of Occupancy and State Health Approvals. This includes ensuring project schedule milestones are being met, project quality requirements are being met, and the project is closed out promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of safety on the project site, including customer compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate daily work plans with self-perform teams, trade partners, and customer contractors.
  • Ensure project schedule milestones are being met.
  • Ensure project quality requirements are being met.
  • Ensure project is closed out promptly and efficiently.
  • Daily communication with Design, Manufacturing, and Construction teams.
  • Plan project schedule alongside Project Manager from start to completion of project.
  • Responsible for coordination with internal departments, including shipping, logistics, and self-perform.
  • Responsible for identifying unforeseen conditions and communicating to the team.
  • Responsible for planning site logistics for permanent jobsite installations and module delivery and setting.
  • Responsible for efficient management of site facilities and general conditions cost.
  • Responsible for documenting and communicating lessons learned into continuous improvement processes.
  • Manage relationships with customers, internal team, subcontractors, and local authorities.
Requirements
  • 5-10+ years of experience in managing construction projects.
  • 30 Hour OSHA certification or above.
  • Experience in healthcare interior and ground-up construction projects.
  • Previous experience with ICRA training and construction preferred.
