About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Superintendent to join our team at Jobot. As a Project Superintendent, you will be responsible for leading modular healthcare construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of safety on the project site, including customer compliance requirements.
  • Oversee the entire construction operations on the job site from start to finish.
  • Coordinate daily work plans with self-perform teams, trade partners, and customer contractors.
  • Ensure project schedule milestones are being met.
  • Ensure project quality requirements are being met.
  • Ensure the project is closed out promptly and efficiently.
  • Daily communication with Design, Manufacturing, and Construction teams.
  • Plan project schedule alongside the Project Manager from start to completion of the project.
  • Responsible for coordination with internal departments, including shipping, logistics, and self-perform.
  • Responsible for identifying unforeseen conditions and communicating to the team.
  • Responsible for planning site logistics for permanent jobsite installations and module delivery and setting.
  • Responsible for efficient management of site facilities and general conditions cost.
  • Responsible for documenting and communicating lessons learned into continuous improvement processes.
  • Manage relationships with customers, internal team, subcontractors, and local authorities.

Requirements:

  • 5-10+ years of experience in managing construction projects.
  • 30 Hour OSHA certification or above.
  • Experience in healthcare interior and ground-up construction projects.
  • Previous experience with ICRA training and construction preferred.
