Project Superintendent Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Superintendent to lead our modular healthcare construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the sitework and facility construction to create hospitals, medical clinics, and other healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of the delivery of the project from sitework through Certificate of Occupancy and State Health Approvals.
  • Oversee all trades on a job-site, including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and more.
  • Ensure project schedule milestones are being met.
  • Ensure project quality requirements are being met.
  • Coordinate daily work plans with self-perform teams, trade partners, and customer contractors.
  • Plan project schedule alongside Project Manager from start to completion of project.
  • Manage relationships with customers, internal team, subcontractors, and local authorities.
Requirements:
  • 5-10+ years of experience in managing construction projects.
  • Experience in healthcare interior and ground-up construction projects.
  • Previous experience with ICRA training and construction preferred.
