Position Overview: As an Investigative Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in examining workplace grievances, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and legal standards, and delivering detailed reports along with actionable recommendations.

Work Environment: This position is primarily remote, with potential travel obligations to conduct interviews with relevant parties.

Availability: Candidates must be available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the possibility of additional hours during weekends or outside standard business hours.

Contract Duration: This is a one-year contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough, unbiased, and confidential investigations into employee and third-party allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and policy violations.
  • Performing remote or in-person interviews with complainants, witnesses, and other involved individuals to gather and assess relevant information.
  • Identifying, collecting, analyzing, and safeguarding pertinent documents and physical evidence related to investigations.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess an Oregon license as an attorney or private investigator.
  • Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations is essential.
