- Assess, respond, and adapt treatment of care to meet the needs of the patient population served.
- Transport self to and from off-site locations.
- Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently and/or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
- Demonstrate courtesy, compassion, and respect in relating to clients/patients, families, visitors, physicians, and co-workers.
- Communicate effectively and establish a cooperative, collaborative working environment.
- Facilitate communication between and among others.
- Accept constructive feedback and initiate appropriate actions to correct situations.
- Identify and take action toward meeting own learning needs.
- Endure periods of heavy workload or stress.
- Maintain good communications and establish and maintain positive working relationships with employees, physicians, clients/patients, families, and the public.
- Work with frequent interruptions and respond appropriately to unexpected situations.
- Graduate of an accredited school of medicine.
- Board Certified in INTERNAL MEDICAL/FAMILY MEDICINE or Board Eligible with successful completion of boards within two (2) years.
- Experience or interest in caring for people who are homeless or in poverty medicine population settings, preferred.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred. Must be completed through the American Heart Association.
- Current NH state license.
