Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $85,000 per year, plus competitive per-visit rates and performance incentives. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid vacation days, holidays, sick leave, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k), and a referral bonus program.

Job Description

This role requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an institution accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). The ideal candidate will have current licensure to practice physical therapy in the State of California, as well as CPR/BLS certification. A minimum of one year of recent experience in institutional settings and home health agencies is preferred.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with varying conditions and needs.
  • Assess patients' physical strengths and limitations to inform treatment decisions.
  • Conduct regular progress evaluations to adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Foster strong relationships with patients and their families through empathetic communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

  • A DPT degree from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure to practice physical therapy in California.
  • CPR/BLS certification.
  • At least one year of recent experience in institutional settings and home health agencies.
