Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Oakland, California. As a Physical Therapist with TheraEx, you will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, aiming to restore function and promote overall well-being. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, creating and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Active Unrestricted CA License: We require all applicants to possess a valid and unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
- Active BLS via American Heart Association: Candidates must hold an active Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
- 1 Year of Home Health Experience: A minimum of one year of experience working in home health settings is required for this position.
- Supervisory References: Applicants must provide at least one supervisory reference as part of their application.
