Medical Device Assembler Job Description

Cypress HCM is seeking a skilled Medical Device Assembler to join our team in Enfield, CT. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling medical devices with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble medical devices according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Work collaboratively with production team members to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
