We are seeking a seasoned Physician Medical Director to join our team at Cross Country Workforce Solutions Group. As a leader in geriatric care, you will shape the future of elderly care in Victorville, CA, and drive clinical outcomes while advising our management team and board.
About the Role:
As the Physician Medical Director of PACE, you will oversee medical services, lead planning and implementation, and manage the QAPI program. You will also negotiate contracts, recruit and supervise staff, and maintain high standards of care.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience caring for seniors
- 2+ years of experience working with frail or elderly populations in long-term care
- Proven experience as a medical director
- Expertise in the needs of frail older adults
- Strong leadership in an interdisciplinary team setting
Education & Certification:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice; Geriatric Medicine preferred
- California medical license
- Medicine Director Certification preferred
