Job Title: Senior Autonomy Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Autonomy Engineer to join our R&D team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing AI technology that enables robots to perceive, learn, and navigate complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement machine learning algorithms, SLAM, motion planning, and robotic perception to ensure safe robotic navigation in complex environments.
  • Conduct research in machine learning, SLAM, and motion planning to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.
  • Develop adaptive algorithms for robotic learning from human demonstration.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and deploy solutions to the robot fleet, and assess their impact through data analysis.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members in robotics, machine learning, and software development.
Requirements:
  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of industry experience in embodied AI, robotics, or self-driving.
  • Strong experience in machine learning techniques, optimization algorithms, and deep neural networks.
  • Proficiency in Python, C++, and Linux.
