About the Role

Arcfield is seeking a highly skilled Requirements Management Specialist to join our team. As a Requirements Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the requirements management and verification process, including requirements definition, development, and verification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements Definition and Development: Support the development of requirements definition, development, and verification processes, including requirements flow-down and changes, traceability, analysis, allocation, verification, and sell-off.
  • Configuration and Change Management: Contribute to the development and maintenance of all configuration and change management within the Customer organization, supporting tracking and archiving of all acquisition Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and drafting, reviewing, and publishing Request for Change (RFC) documents.
  • Program Risk and Opportunity Management: Support the program risk and opportunity identification and management process, and is responsible for documenting opportunities and risks to programs, assisting in development and tracking of mitigation and corrective action plans, identifying methods to implement opportunities, and supporting maintenance of program opportunity and risk database in coordination with the risk, issue, and opportunity management processes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (8-10 years), Master's degree (6-8 years), or Ph.D. (3-5 years).
  • Clearance: Must possess and be able to maintain a Top Secret/Secret/Clearance (TS/SCI) with polygraph.
  • Experience: In-depth knowledge of Customer agency's Change Management and Risk/Issue/Opportunity (RIO) Management processes, strong knowledge of and experience navigating Customer agency's Request For Change (RFC) process, including drafting, reviewing, and publishing RFC documents, significant experience in defining, tracing, analyzing, allocating, verifying, and selling off requirements, experience in developing contractor specification documents, excellent communication/collaboration skills, and strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
