Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Technician to join our team at Sabert. As a Quality Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and maintaining our high standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily production quality and perform material and special product testing
  • Document inspection and testing results, and control test result files and inventory of retention samples
  • Ensure finished product meets or exceeds product specifications
  • Identify and quarantine nonconforming product and coordinate rework
  • Perform incoming inspection on subcontracted product and returned goods
  • Collect and analyze samples of raw materials and finished products
  • Provide assistance and support to Operators and Packers as needed
  • Maintain inspection records and report discrepancies to Quality Supervisor/Manager
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum Two years experience in quality control (preferably extrusion and/or thermoforming)
Work Environment

Our manufacturing plant is not environmentally controlled, and changes in humidity and temperature occur throughout the year. Although machine noise is a constant, conditions are maintained within standards that meet OSHA mandated requirements.
