Marketing Engineer

At Trane Technologies, we're committed to creating innovative climate solutions for a sustainable world. As a Marketing Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting our sales team and promoting our industry-leading chiller portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and marketing support to the sales field organization through phone, email, and customer interactions.
- Travel to sales offices, corporate events, and customer sites to support Trane chiller equipment and provide sales discussions.
- Collaborate with the Commercialization Team to establish product lines' selling stories and ensure field sales support is familiar with the selling story.
- Understand competitors' products and strategies and effectively communicate this information with the field, department, and other functional areas.
- Participate in creative thinking, team decision-making, and problem-solving with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Engineering-related work experience is a plus.
- Tactfulness and assertiveness; must be effective and clear decision-maker under pressure situations.
- Aggressive, success-oriented, self-starter, and able to manage time and priorities to meet specific goals and objectives.
- Highly developed and demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills and team-player skills required.
