Job Summary

The role involves attending to the service requirements of club members and guests in dining areas, ensuring a courteous and professional experience that aligns with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

The essential duties include, but are not limited to:

  1. Taking, preparing, and serving food and beverage orders to patrons.
  2. Inputting orders into the system, confirming accuracy, and processing payments.
  3. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining spaces.
  4. Assisting culinary staff with food preparation as needed.
  5. Ensuring the server station and bar area are well-stocked and tidy.
  6. Completing Responsible Alcohol and Tobacco Service training and adhering to relevant policies.
  7. Upholding a professional appearance and demeanor, consistently following the dress code.
  8. Demonstrating commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction as outlined by management.
  9. Completing additional tasks as directed by club or company management.
  10. Maintaining regular and punctual attendance for all scheduled shifts.

Qualifications

The following knowledge, skills, and abilities are required for this position:

  1. Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Strong verbal communication skills.
  3. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
  4. Capability to obtain a food handler's permit or certification.

Education and Experience

Preferred qualifications include:

  1. Prior experience in food service.
  2. Certification as a Food Handler or equivalent.
  3. Completion of Responsible Alcohol and Tobacco training.

Physical Requirements

Job demands include:

  • Visual and auditory abilities for reading documents, using a computer, and communicating effectively.
  • Standing and walking for extended periods.
  • Occasional climbing, stooping, squatting, and kneeling.
  • Manual dexterity for typing, writing, and using a phone.
  • Ability to lift items exceeding 25 pounds occasionally.
