Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service standards, inventory control, and cost management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
