Key Responsibilities

  • Patrol buildings, grounds, and perimeters of the shipyard via golf cart or on foot to maintain a high visibility presence.
  • Investigate suspicious activities and disturbances, and immediately report security breaches to designated law enforcement agents.
  • Prevent illegal or inappropriate actions by maintaining a high visibility presence and informing personnel and visitors of security procedures.

Requirements

  • Ability to move around the shipyard in heat, inclement weather, and cold.
  • Ability to use a golf cart or walk around perimeter on foot.

Working Conditions

  • Weather, fumes, moving mechanical parts, equipment, and vibration.

Compensation

$18 an hour
