Bartlett Tree Experts is currently in search of an Arborist Sales Specialist Trainee to join our expanding team.

As an Arborist Sales Specialist Trainee, you will collaborate with Bartlett's committed team of arborists to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for success in all facets of our operations through ongoing training and mentorship.

Responsibilities:
Learn all aspects of sales within a designated territory, including selling, marketing, customer service, administration, production, and training.

Engage with existing and prospective residential and commercial clients daily to assess their tree and shrub care requirements.

Establish, nurture, and maintain positive business and client relationships within the assigned territory.

Prepare and present proposals to clients using sales process tools, software, and other technologies.

Oversee work to be performed, ensuring tasks are completed according to the signed agreement and to the client's satisfaction.

Set personal sales expectations with your immediate supervisor and prepare to achieve sales targets.

Work as part of a tree care crew during the training phase until transitioning to a full-time Arborist Sales Specialist.

Responsible for implementing and enforcing all safety, transportation, and pesticide compliance programs.

Qualifications:
1-3 years of relevant experience in the tree care sector or prior sales experience.

ISA Arborist Certification or the ability to obtain it – we will cover the exam costs and assist with preparation.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

A degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Turfgrass, Environmental Science, Plant Science, Outdoor Recreation, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
