Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality products, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serving Customers:
    • Deliver products to customers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring the HOT-N-READY Promise is met.
    • Follow the Five Priority Guidelines, Remedy Process, and telephone and front counter procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Preparing Products:
    • Prepare high-quality products consistently by following recipes, specifications, and procedures as described in the C.A.R.D.S. materials and station job helpers.
  • Maintaining a Clean Environment:
    • Clean and organize work stations and other assigned areas to maintain the standards for restaurant image.
  • Adhering to Company Policies:
    • Follow Little Caesars' policies, procedures, and standards of conduct as outlined in the Orientation and Training Handbook and as directed by management.

Requirements:

  • Dependability and Hard Work:
    • Be dependable, hardworking, and able to handle pressure situations and stress.
  • Excellent Communication Skills:
    • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to express a positive attitude towards others.
  • Ability to Follow Directions:
    • Have the ability to understand and follow direction and instructions.
  • Physical Abilities:
    • Be able to lift and move up to 55 pounds.
    • Be able to reach and move items from as high as 6 feet and as low as 6 inches off the ground.
    • Be able to apply pressure to cut through and to clean products.
    • Be able to count, separate, and weigh all types of food products and inventory items.
  • Age and Availability:
    • Be at least 16 years old.
    • Be willing to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
