**Job Summary**

RenewAire is seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to join our team and assemble energy recovery ventilation units for our Residential customers. This is an excellent opportunity for those who have light assembly experience or enjoy working with their hands.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assemble Residential ERV units using hand tools such as a rivet gun, air drill, and screwdriver.
  • Work in a climate-controlled environment and receive one-on-one training to ensure you are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in your role.
  • Meet production targets and maintain a high level of quality in your work.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.

**What We Offer:**

  • $19.25/hour
  • Choose your schedule: Monday - Thursday: Four 10-hour days OR Monday - Friday: Five 8-hour days with no mandatory weekends
  • Overtime is voluntary and dependent on business needs

**Requirements:**

  • Some experience using hand tools such as a rivet gun, air drill, screwdriver etc

**Work Environment/Physical Demands:**

  • While performing the duties of this job, you will be regularly required to: See, talk and hear. Stand for long periods of time, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
  • Must be able to lift and or move up to 40 lbs. frequently and 60 lbs. occasionally.
  • Specific vision required by this job includes close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
