Key Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care through the nursing process.
- Meet the needs of patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams through communication, coordination, and evaluation.
- Comply with all policies and procedures, nursing standards of practice, and regulatory bodies.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing with current licensure in the State of New Jersey as required by law.
- Enrollment in a CCNE or NLNAC accredited BSN or MSN program within six months of hire or rehire, with a graduation date that falls on or before the employee's third employment anniversary date into a nursing position.
- One-year clinical experience in specialty area required for per diem positions, two years preferred.
You must have:
- Current licensure with New Jersey State Board of Nursing as required by law.
- American Heart Association BLS required.
- American Heart Association ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
This role requires:
- Lifting up to 50lbs.
- Occasional crouching, reaching, and carrying.
This role involves working in a:
- Noisy environment.
- Varied temperature environment.
- Clean environment.
