Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with their daily activities as outlined in their care plans, which may include support with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
  • Provide comfort, companionship, and understanding to enhance the well-being of our residents.
  • Participate in the formulation and updates of care plans by communicating current resident needs and preferences to the supervisor, as well as effective service strategies.
  • Respond to calls and alerts promptly.

Work Schedule:

Full-Time:

  • Overnight shifts of 12 hours from 7 pm to 7 am
  • Available schedules include either Sun-Mon-Tues-Weds or Weds-Thurs-Fri-Sat

Part-Time:

  • Evening shifts from 7 pm to 10 pm
  • Available schedules include either Sun-Mon-Tues-Weds or Weds-Thurs-Fri-Sat

For those new to the healthcare field, we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role, along with optional online and in-person training sessions for further career advancement.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screening
  • A genuine passion for working with seniors and a willingness to learn
