Primary Care Physician Assistant

BestMed is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Primary Care Physician Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients with acute or chronic medical conditions in a primary care setting that includes telehealth medicine.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with acute and chronic illnesses or acute injuries.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patient preferences and goals.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
- Current, unrestricted PA or NP license in the state or the ability to obtain.
- Ability to obtain DEA licensure.
- Knowledge of treatment and drug interactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
